What is the TTSC?

The TTSC is a separate division of RISA which supports trainers through the provision of specialised accounting services and an ASIC/lead regulator compliant horse racing scheme syndication service (where shares are offered).

TTSC Horse Syndication

The TTSC provides a simple low-cost syndication service to assist trainers and other syndicators to comply with the requirements of ASIC and the relevant lead regulator where a syndicate issues shares.

The TTSC offers both a compliance only service centred around the preparation of the Product Disclosure Statement (TTSC performs the functions of Promoter and Manager under ASIC Class Order [CO 02/319] for syndicates with 20 or fewer investors or where the value does not exceed $250,000) and a marketing service focussed on the promotion of shares to potential buyers.
