Technology?
RISA is responsible
for the thoroughbred racing industry’s national database of
fields, form and results and the national registrar of
racehorse database. Together these databases support many of
the thoroughbred racing industry’s national business
processes.
Over 350 race tracks
nationally conducting 2,600 race meetings comprising over
19,500 races annually rely upon RISA services to compile the
race fields and form using RISA Technology.
Racing 363 days of
the year means RISA’s Technology must cater reliably for the
smallest to the largest and most complex of race meetings.
Every use and
reproduction of a race field originates with RISA requiring
many varied formats to distribute racing materials and
method of distribution to ensure racing materials including
the race fields is available in a timely and accurate form.
