Charles Macek
Independent Director and Chairman
Charles is Chairman of Sustainable Investment Research Institute Pty. Ltd. and Orchard Funds Ltd. He is a director of Wesfarmers Ltd. and a member of the Investment Committee of Unisuper Ltd. He is vice-chairman of the Standards Advisory Council attached to the International Accounting Standards Board and, a member of the ASIC External Advisory Panel. He was a director of Telstra from 2001 until his retirement in November 2009. He was Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council 2003-2007 and was a member of the NZ Accounting Standards Review Board 2005-2007. He is a former Chairman of IOOF Ltd and a former Director of Living Cell Technologies Ltd.
