The RISA Privacy Policy applies to the services provided by Racing Information Services Australia Pty Ltd (RISA) (ACN 105 994 330). RISA is committed to ensuring that where you provide information about yourself to RISA that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Policy explains RISA’s practices in relation to information you provide as a Subscriber to RISA’s services. RISA’s privacy policy is based on the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 and subsequent Privacy Amendment Act 2001 and on company policies to protect personal information. 1. RISA Services and Collection of Your Information
When subscribing to RISA’s services, RISA collects personal information about you. This may include collection via www.risa.com.au, RISA Service Centre, mail and facsimile.

2. RISA’s Use and Disclosure of Your Information
Your personal information collected by RISA is used to ensure that the services purchased by you are provided to you. RISA also collects your personal financial information in order to bill you for services provided by RISA. In order to bill you certain financial information will be sent to RISA’s Financial institution for the purpose of billing your credit card. Other than RISA’s Financial Institution RISA will not share your personal or financial information with third parties without your prior consent. At the time you make a purchase with RISA your consent is required to provide your financial or contact information to those third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit card companies and the companies that handle shipping on our behalf.

3. Updating the Information we have about you
RISA uses its best endeavors to ensure that the information it obtains about you is accurate, complete and up to date. You may access or change information that RISA has collected about you by placing your request in writing and sending your request to RISA.

4. Security of the information RISA stores about you
RISA takes all reasonable steps to keep secure any information that is held about you.

5. RISA and links to other web sites
RISA provides links to external web sites.. These external linked sites are not under the control of RISA, and as such RISA is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of companies linked to the RISA web site. Before disclosing your personal information on any other web site, we advise you to examine the privacy policies of those web sites.

6. Future changes to the RISA Privacy Policy
RISA reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time and notify you by posting an updated version of the policy on its web site. Your continued use of the RISA web site indicates that you accept the RISA Privacy Policy in place at that time.
